Fishing trip and boat rental

Head out onto the fjord by boat and see if the fish are biting.

Malangen is a popular fishing fjord; if you’re lucky, you can catch various fish species. The most common are cod and saithe, with flounder and halibut near the bottom. It’s also possible to catch sea trout and the occasional salmon.

The open aluminum boat can be rented at the resort. Although there is space for up to four people, we recommend having no more than four adults on board. For guests with knowledge of boats, this is a golden opportunity to have a peaceful time at sea on your own or with others while trying to catch the “big one”.

Anyone born after 1 January 1980 requires a boating license to rent a boat. (ID request)
